A pleasant oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road. The cool lobby provided a welcome respite from the heat. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby train stations. The staff was attentive and the breakfast had a good variety. The rooms were comfortable, with reliable air conditioning. I had a great experience at Concorde Hotel.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff went above and beyon. d to make me feel special on my birthday, surprising me with a birthday cake in my room. They were always ready to assist me with a friendly smile. The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to MRT stations and shopping centers. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The transportation options were convenient, making it easy to explore the city. In terms of breakfast, there was room for improvement, but it was still okay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, as it is situated right in the heart of the shopping area, close to Orchard Road. We were just a short walk away from the MRT stations and bus stops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff at this place were very friendly and helpful, from the doorman who provided us with excellent guidance to the concierge who managed to fulfill all of our requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the surrounding trees. We also loved the free smart phone in our room, which came in handy for navigating the city. The cleanliness standards were exceptional, and we especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and outdoor area. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.
In terms of improvements, the hotel could work on enhancing their customer service. However, we highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
